Can I change or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly, so changes or cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of placing your order. After that, changes cannot be made, but you can still return your order for a full refund once it’s received.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal.
When will my order be processed?
Orders are processed Monday to Friday within 1-3 business days. After processing, they’re shipped the next business day. Please note, we don’t process or ship orders on weekends or during holidays.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Due to high demand, shipping typically takes 7-10 days. Shipping Time (International): Estimated delivery within 10-15 business days.
What if I don’t receive my order?
If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 days after shipping, you qualify for a full refund.
